Deep Dreaming Bath for Winter

In the heart of November, we're called to turn inward — use the potent energy of this month to tend your edges, firm up your energetic protections, and create a cocoon for deep dreaming! Come back to this bath ritual whenever you need to slow down, cleanse, and reflect.
You will need:
1/2 cup Epsom salts (for clearing)
1/4 cup colloidal oats (to soothe frayed nerves)
3 drops clary sage + lavender essential oil (for clear visions)
1 tablespoon moisturizing oil (Lavender oil is a great one!)
Begin by combining your oils and salts in a small bowl. Add them to running bath water, along with your oats. Sink your body into the soft water, and Imagine pulling your mind down into the water. Allow the edges of your mind to relax, letting all the thoughts and worries fade away. Connect to your dreams, let your mind wander! You can take all the time you need here. When you are done bathing, be sure to journal about any thoughts or feelings that arose for you.
