We cleanse our homes, loved ones, our vehicles and our selves... then we add protections. Here is a new way to cleanse and protect yourself from the inside out!
Ingredients & Supplies
1 pint glass
2 oz Lavender Simple Syrup
1 fresh squeezed lemon
Lavender buds (optional)
Fresh mint (optional)
Lemon peel (optional)
Directions:
Add lemon juice and simple syrup
Top with soda/carbonated water
Add ice and stir clockwise while thinking about being cleansed and protected.
Garnish with lavender, mint or lemon peel
